A qualified tenant would be a person without a criminal history or without a criminal history consisting of violent crime, theft, or offenses against minors. Ideal tenants will have a good credit score. Low credit scores will be reviewed. The first tenant to meet these qualifications will be given the opportunity to rent the home.
