The association fee, water, sewer, trash/recycling is included in the rent but the occupant will be need to set up accounts with PNM (electric), New Mexico Gas, and internet. Xfinity was the last internet provider and the router connection is in the upstairs guest bedroom. Other internet services are available. The occupant is encouraged to decorate and make it their home but any major painting or changes will require discussion. The rent will be month-to-month but the desire is to have a good, long-term neighbor.
