Non refundable $60 (actual cost is $61.54, completed by the WA Landlord Association) for the following checks: Decision Point Plus & National Criminal Background, Applicant Score/Tenant Performance Report, Basic Credit Report, OFAC Search. One screening application must be filled out per adult over 18. Submit and pay in person at Open House on 06/20/2026. There is a six month initial lease period for protection of both parties. An additional 6 months to be added upon agreement of both parties. Any subsequent lease agreements will be for a one-year period. Owner pays garbage, water, sewer and COA fees. Renter is responsible for electric, WM recycling, Gas, internet, cable, etc. First ($2450) and last months ($2450) rent plus security deposit ($2450; $150 of which is non-refundable and the rest held in a non-interest bearing account at Banner Bank) due upon move in. Sorry no pets allowed. No smoking.
