Lease terms

Lease Summary: Base monthly rent is $2,750, and a security deposit of $2,750 is due at signing. Trash removal and HOA assessments are included in the rent, while the renter is responsible for setting up and paying electricity (United Power), natural gas (Atmos Energy), water/sewer (Town of Keenesburg), and internet (renter must source their own provider). Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis; if approved, a $300 refundable pet damage deposit and $30/month pet rent apply (bringing the total monthly rent to $2,780). Renter's insurance is strictly required prior to move-in, and the property is completely smoke-free (no smoking or vaping allowed inside or on the premises). Additionally, the property is subject to strict Vista West HOA covenants; commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, and RVs are prohibited from being parked on the street or driveway, and no major automotive repair or vehicle maintenance is permitted on the exterior of the property.
