    All proposed tenants will get a background/credit check for $50. NO MORE THAN 3 UNRELATED TENANTS. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, electricity, water, storm sewer, gas, lawn care, snow removal, internet, cable TV, telephone/fax. The home has a security alarm installed, so if the tenant wants to utilize it -they must activate and pay the monthly fee for it. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME-NO EXCEPTIONS! There is an upright piano in the basement for the tenant to use. Please note that the home has a LARGER than normal fenced in back yard. Suitable for a picnic table and chairs, a garden, etc. The detached garage holds one vehicle, while the front driveway will allow 4 vehicles and the back driveway will allow 1.The home has a WHOLE HOUSE FAN centrally located upstairs and it works WONDERFULLY to remove the hot air of summer! There are also 3 air conditioners you may put into one or more of the windows, if you so choose -please note that from 2019-May 2022 the AC Units were NOT USED as the whole house fan provided the coolness!
