Room for Rent - Roommate Wanted
Available November 1, 2018
I'm looking for a female roommate to share my large condo with me. I have a loving but feisty cat as well as a sweet cat, and I welcome other cats. Available November 1, 2018; I'm hoping for someone more long term (six months or more), but am okay with short term as well. No drugs, no smoking, and occasional drinkers only. Currently, it's me and one other person - so with you, there would be three people total. By the end of the year, it would be just you and me.
Room for rent - private room has bed, shelves in closet, soft carpeting, and bedding if needed. Rent includes water, central heating and ac, gas, electric, internet, laundry, trash, outdoor pool, paper/cleaning products, kitchen items. Shared Kitchen, Living Room, Guest Bathroom, ect. The condo has vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. Quiet and Safe neighborhood. Full condo is 1728sqft 2b2b with a 3rd non-conforming bedroom off the loft.
This is a roommate situation - not an entire condo. Renter would have personal use of about 500sqft with a total unit size of 1728sqft. Cost of rent currently is $650, but will increase to $800 by the end of the year when the third person moves out. ($800 is half the cost of mortgage, HOA, all utilities, and household items.) Security deposit is $650. Background check will be completed prior to lease agreement.
If you are a DIY person or into interior design, I have a couple projects I would be willing to have done in trade. Particularly, refinishing the woodwork in the kitchen, repainting, and figuring out new fixtures that would go well. If you have other backgrounds in contracting and the like, I have a room that I would like to turn into a third bedroom that I would also be willing to be done in trade for housing.
