Huge backyard includes swimming pool with slide, in ground hot tub, grass area in backyard, and vegetable garden - High efficiency Heating and Air Conditioning unit installed on roof in May 2013. Programmable thermostat - High efficiency, "On-demand" tankless hot water heater installed in 2010. - Ceiling Fans with light fixtures in both bedrooms and in living room. 3 total. - Wood burning stove in living room - Large interior closets in both bedrooms with 5 foot wide sliding doors. A 2 bed, 1 bath house, on a huge 60'x160' property with an occupied "mother-in-law" studio renter. The neighborhood is from the 1930s, Sacramento's rural area back then .now this is like country living, but close to the City and within the grid. - The house and the studio are separate units. Each has their own entry, their own kitchen, their own bath, their own laundry, etc. You only share the yard, which is huge, and the pool.
