Midtown townhome for rent, available now. This townhome is very well located: in Midtown, less than 1 mile from downtown, and next to Montrose. Close proximity to Midtown and Montrose bars and restaurants. A Whole Foods is in construction across the street (yes, the area currently feels like a Bermuda Triangle of construction but construction is only temporary!). There is easy access to Rte 59, 45, 10, and 288. Close proximity to bus stops on multiple bus lines. Walking distance to 2 stops on the Houston metro red line. There is ample parking available the house has a 2-car garage, and plentiful on-street parking is currently not metered. Important details: - Rent is $2,100/month, not including utilities. - 1 month rent as security deposit. - Landlord is the owner of the house. - Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. - Background and credit check will be required of applicants (can be done directly in Zillow). The townhome itself was built in 1990 and has beautiful features, including tall ceilings and pine floors. It has been well maintained and several improvements have been made, including addition of doors on the 1st and 3rd floors to increase privacy. Below is additional description of the layout of the home. The pictures are intended to give a tour. 1st Floor (pic 4-10): 2-car garage, utility room, bedroom, and full bathroom on the first floor. Entrance to the garage is on Rosalie, in between rows of townhomes. Front-door access is by keyless entry (deadbolt with code). The floor is tile on the first floor. The bedroom faces the street and has a small closet. The bathroom has a brand new vanity. The laundry room includes washer and dryer and quite a bit of storage space. 2nd Floor (pic 11-19): The second floor is an open common area, with living room, dining room, kitchen, and balcony (tall ceilings, pine floors). The kitchen includes appliances - fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There is a huge walk-in pantry, and a lot of cabinet space. Access to the balcony is from the living room and overlooks Brazos St. 3rd Floor (pic 20-28): The third floor is dominated by a large open space that can be used as a master bedroom or multi-function space. There is a large master bathroom with huge closet, Jacuzzi tub, and large shower. Access to the closet is from the master bath. There is also a more private room that can be used as a bedroom or office. Please contact me if you re interested or would like more information.
