The master bedroom is on the main floor, with a regal queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom.
The second bedroom is on the lower level. It has a custom new queen sized murphy/wall bed with a super comfortable new memory foam mattress (so this room can be converted into a home office on the fly) and attached bathroom with shower.
The space sleeps 8 people: 2 queen beds, a full sized futon in the living-room that folds out and a Euro Lounger in the living-room is also available.
If you require parking, the driveway can be made available. Most of the time it is possible to park 2 normal sized cars (Car 1: Max 17', car 2: Max 16') in the driveway and sometimes garage access, which would allow for a 3rd car, may be arranged for an additional fee.
No cable. The TV has a Roku device equipped with Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon Prime accounts.
Full Kitchen: gas oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and silverware.
Wifi included. A previous guest mentioned that the wifi was spotty in one of the rooms, so I have upgraded the wifi to the powerful Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 gigabit dual band wifi router R7000.
There is a Pack N Play baby crib for babies.
This home works well for business travelers, wedding guests, convention and conference attendees, families, etc. The Washington Convention Center is within walking distance.
The home is not childproofed.
The home is a 1908 house that was tastefully converted into a multi-family building. There are other apartments with their own separate entrances. Your entry is the big red main door.
