Why take over my lease instead of renting directly from IMT?
BONUS 1: You will inherit a $375 deposit
BONUS 2: You will inherit $1440 because of my promotional "Free Rent February" deal when I signed the lease. You will not be liable for any rent for February.
BONUS 3: The current lease ends in March, so you will also have a shorter lease than the 1 year required by the apartments (and can extend as needed).
Currently, I pay an extra $35/mo for washer/dryer rental. This can be removed at any time if you wish.
We will simply do an add/remove roommate form, removing me and adding you - pending IMT's background check process.
Why am I doing this?
I want to avoid paying a $1500 termination fee. So this deal will save both me and you money. Anyone looking to live at the domain would be dumb not to take this option over renting directly.
