This cozy apartment has lots of charm and is just minutes the bike bath, I-91, and downtown Easthampton! It has approximately 500 sq feet. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are on the first floor and upstairs (via spiral staircase) is the bedroom. Private back deck. The spiral staircase is narrow and at the top, there is an area with a low ceiling (persons 5'3" and under won't have to duck in this area) before you get to the bedroom. The bedroom has a normal ceiling height and fits a queen bed but not really anything else. The current tenant is using the area with low ceiling height before the bedroom for a closet. Landlord provides trash removal, snow removal and water/sewer. Tenant is responsible for economical gas heat, hot water and electricity. Off street parking and coin operated laundry in the basement. Sorry, no smoking, indoor cat considered on a case by case basis. No dogs firm. First month's rent & last month's rent for move-in. Credit check required.
