It's spacious, on the second floor, fills with natural light, has hardwood floors, brand new washer/dryer in the unit, and airy kitchen with dishwasher. There is storage space in the apartment and a nook for bikes on the first floor. Landlord is very responsive and kind.
About the available room: The room is large, bright (w/ 7 windows), has a large walk-closet and private entry.
Move-in Details: The room is available starting 5/1/2018 (or earlier if needed) and the sublease runs till 8/31/2018 with possibility to renew. Rent is $1275/month. Utilities are internet, heat, hot water and electricity are approximately $50/month. No smoking and unfortunately no pets.
About us: Your roommates will be two women in their late twenties. One is pursuing a master's degree in public policy and the other works in urban design. They are homey and very clean without being uptight, considerate and communicative as roomies. They lead their own busy, independent lives but enjoy catching up in the kitchen and keeping our place welcoming.
