Come be a Highlander in Denver North (Berkeley, Sunnyside, West and East Highlands, and Jefferson Park) - All of Downtown just 10 minutes away. Leave the new construction big boxes behind - Run on a treadmill in a basement? Run around our beautiful residential neighborhood surrounded by old homes and the very popular West 32nd Ave Merchants district, Tennyson Merchant's and Tejon Street. Full of new an exciting good eats and amazing new local crafts that seem to renew with the seasons. Great restaurants to keep you busy - Linger, Duo's, Carboncitos (best tacos in town), Root Down (farm to table), Uncle's, Highland Tap (burger and beer), My Brother's Bar (oldest in town) - Gourmet food, cheap eats, cuban bistros, a speakeasy, rustic italian, coffee shops, brewing companies, cooking and charcuterie classes - all within 10 minutes walking distance. The Highland Bridge connects this walkable neighborhood to all of Downtown! Travel? The A-Train to DIA is just down the hill or a $5 Uber. Professional and responsive owner/manager of 20 years. I am looking for another great resident and you should look forward to grilling on the patio, having access to an amazing garden and settle in. So sorry if you've had bad rental experiences with third party management and absentee landlords - no need to fuss with lengthy paperwork, fight for maintenance/upgrades or deal with unruly neighbors. Feel free to join into the community or be private. It works both ways - problems fixed the next day if possible. This is a very calm, quiet and enjoyable building and I work hard to keep it that way. I realize this platform charges you a flat fee, so rather than blast another email.
