Access to the basement is through the main floor of our family's home and has door with a lock for your privacy. With access to the basement being through our family home we take care to know who we rent to. We have been fortunate to have a had a wonderful history with our previous tenants. Being close to the medical campus and downtown as well as providing a furnished apartment, is a rare find. We may consider two tenants under special circumstances and at a different rental rate. This is a lovely home in a family friendly neighborhood on the east side of Stapleton. Center, two blocks from the new indoor market at the Stanley, less than 10 minutes away from CU Medical Campus, 20 minutes to downtown Denver or DIA and 5 minutes from the new light rail. We have two friendly cats, Oscar and George, who live with us on the main floors of the house. Refundable Security Deposit.
