Hello! I am looking for one roommate to renew my 9/1 lease with me in High Point, West Seattle. Cost: Rent is $1,175/month and roughly $30/every other month for electric and gas, and $15-30 a month for internet (depending on if we get a good deal!). Security deposit is $500. Management requires an application process and background check. About the space: You have a decent sized bedroom with a full size closet. You also have your own bathroom with a tub, and you get the garage. Current roommate is able to fit a full bed, desk, drawers, bookshelf, and nightstand with ease. The townhouse is a three-story 1,138 sq. ft. end unit with a front porch and lots of natural sunlight. There are parks, a seattle view point, bee farm, and pond all within walking distance. There is an open living room/kitchen with modern appliances, including an electric stove top, garbage disposal, large fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Downstairs we have a washer/dryer and plenty of storage. We have three bathrooms, one on the main level and two upstairs. Our bedrooms are both upstairs at the end of a hallway. If you have living room furniture, that is a plus!! Currently we are using my roommate's which will leave with her. :) Dog in the photos is moving out, too. Pets are allowed but must be approved by management. Pet deposit is $450, of which $250 is refundable. There are few grocery stores all close by: Trader Joe's, Safeway, Target, and QFC. We're about 15 minutes from Alki, 5 from the California Junction, about 10 from Lincoln Park. If you don't go during rush hour, getting to Downtown Seattle can take about 20-25 minutes. Route 21 bus stop right at the top of SW Raymond and 35th. About me: I'm a female, mid-twenties financial analyst working for Boeing down in Renton. I am an early riser who loves to run, hike/backpack, and kick back with some Netflix or video games. I'm a tidy person, so I won't leave messes around that inconvenience you. I'm a social person and love having guests over to hang out! Ideal roommate: I'm looking for a working professional around my age to share this awesome home with! Gender is not important, I care more about personality fit. There is an expectation of general cleanliness, but I'm not going to hound you for leaving dishes in the sink for a day or two. I do like to have the common areas cleaned at least once every few weeks, especially if there are pets in the house. If you're interested, please reach out to tell me about yourself and when you'd like to come see the place!
