One off street parking spot available for $40 per month. Window A/C units available for $15/month/unit. Well behaved dogs and cats are welcome. Maximum two (2) animals permitted. While I do not consider it a good setup for a dog, we have allowed a dog in similar units. If you think your dog would be happy then we can discuss the situation. There is a $300 animal deposit and $35 per month for animal rent. Utilities are not included. Electric and gas are separately metered and billed to the unit. Phone/cable/internet would be arranged with local provider. Tenant will reimburse Landlord for a portion of the property's water and sewer bill. Tenant will reimburse Landlord for unit's trash and lawn care costs. We prefer an annual lease and the advertised rate is for that term.
