Excellent walk score of 95. UTILITIES... This is a well-constructed, energy efficient building with very affordable utilities. Our monthly electric bill was roughly $20 in the summer to $40 in the winter. Yes, $40 a month heated the unit to 70 degrees in the winter! Water and sewer are $35 per month. Tenant pays cable and internet (we had Comcast, but other options may be available in the building). Garbage and recycling are free.
