3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Private entrance to apartment. The room for rent has its own private balcony, there is a laundry room off the balcony. Unfortunately I will have to go through the room to do laundry. Bathroom will be shared with two young children. Needless to say the bathroom is rarely in use. ABOUT Catherine E: I am 30 years old and a mother to three young children. My husband lives here as well. We live a rather calm busy life between work and children. 2 children are in school all day. The youngest is usuall home with me unless I work. We are pretty laid back people.
