In the wonderful and well-kept subdivision of Thousand Springs. The home, neighborhood, school district, and property management company are all outstanding.
Attractive oak cabinets (in kitchen and all bathrooms). Granite counter tops. Breakfast bar seating. Hardwood (not pergo or engineered wood) entry, kitchen, and kitchen dining areas.
Layout is fabulous:
Double doors to office on main level, which has built in desk with cabinets. Built in bench seat storage drawers under a large window. Big windows, and a lockable door to the main floor bathroom with shower. This room can serve as an office or bedroom (has closet). The main level bathroom has another entry door accessible from the family room hallway.
Huge backyard with mature landscaping and a covered patio, large shed with garage-door style large door and rafters for more storage. Natural gas connection for BBQ. Nice quiet neighbors too.
Master bedroom has double door bathroom entrance, deep oversize tub, separate toilet and shower area, and dual vanities. It also has a sliding door to a separate outside balcony/deck.
Covered entry and front porch with nice vinyl railing.
It has a brand new washing machine, is fully fenced (cedar), has a three car garage.
The schools are Mountain View High, Lowell Scott Middle, and Siena Elementary. The middle and elementary bus stop for our neighborhood is on this corner and parents wait there, which is great, (it eliminates riff-raff). High school is an easy walk through the neighborhood and neighborhood park-no walking on busy streets.
Easy access to I-84. Just 1 mile south of the Eagle exit.
