A household means all parties over age 18 to occupy a unit. Photos may be of a representative unit and may be from a previous period when a home was vacant. All applicants must view our homes to satisfy themselves as to the condition, layout, and other details that applicant may deem important. Please note our policy for holding a unit: Once approved you will have 24 hours to put down an execution deposit. Deposits to hold are not refunded for failure to view. This will hold your new home for you for 4 additional calendar days, at which time you are expected to take possession and pay the remaining move in funds. If the unit will not be ready by that time, we will arrange for you to take possession and pay the remaining move in funds on the date the unit is rent ready.
