I am looking for someone to either take over my remaining lease or take over my apartment. I have until the end of June 2015 remaining on my lease. Your other option is to take over the apartment with a new lease. The apartment has most utilities included except for electricity, which comes out to $35 dollars per month. I am getting transferred out of state due to job and can no longer finish my lease. The apartment is very clean, as I have only lived here for 6 months. The unit is on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of Downtown Cleveland. Also the apartment complex has a Walmart that is right behind the building, a mall across the street, and Aldi groceries across the street as well. All these and restaurants are within walking distance. The building also has a RTA bus stop right in-front of the building. The Complex name is The Westbury and the website is TheWestbury.co. I will be moving out by the 13th of May so you would be pro rated for the remainder of that month. My current lease amount is $884 per month but I am willing to give a $400 CASH incentive that you could use towards rent or to keep.
