The base monthly payment is $1050 but if you have automatic payments setup I reduce the rent $20 a month, and $50 a month of that is partially refundable going towards the electric bill. Every 6 months I?ll show you your total usage and refund you the difference. I would expect to refund between $150-200, although its not impossible if your usage of electricity is very light the house could generate everything you need and I'd refund the entire $300 to you.
