The base monthly payment is $1050 but if you have automatic payments setup I reduce the rent $20 a month, and $50 a month of that is partially refundable going towards the electric bill. The electric bill is staying in my name so you wont have to deal with the paperwork for the solar subsidies, but I?ll only charge you for what you use beyond what the house generates. Every 6 months I?ll show you your total usage and refund you the difference. I would expect to refund between $150-200, although its not impossible if your usage of electricity is very light the house could generate everything you need and I'd refund the entire $300 to you.
No Smoking. $1500 deposit + 1st months' rent due upon credit approval. $42 fee per applicant for background and credit checks after passing pre screening. Upon signing the lease $15 of the application fee will be refunded. Its immediately available for rent. No Dogs. A single cat may be negotiable on a case by case basis.
