Me & my old lady split up (I'm fine thanks for asking) and now I have two bedrooms available in my 3 bedroom duplex...yaaaaa! I really love this place, it's a great deal, good landlord, good neighbors, clean and it's central enough to my life that I've decided to stay and invite YOU to come live with me!
About the place :)
-Three bedroom 1 bath duplex, renting 2 rooms as a pair for $1,500. Need a home office? Gym? Meditation room?
-rooms are appx. 160 sq. ft. each
-Newly remodeled! We were the first tenants after remodel and have been here 6 months.
-Washer & Dryer
-a (sort of) front & back yard
-Storage unit! ( I currently rent this for $50 additional a month, its pretty big!)
-2 car Detached Garage (I built this out, dry-walled it, put in lights etc. I'll be moving to a larger studio when I rent out the rooms so we have some options, #1 turn it back into a garage and we have parking! or #2 if you are an artist, you can continue to use it as a studio for a small additional fee.)
-Partly furnished! I have nice stuff but now only half of a house worth!
-6 months left on my lease, we can finish that out and see where we're at.
About Me :)
I am a 40yr. old studio artist and work at a gallery part-time. Most nights after work and most of my days off from the gallery are spent in the studio or outside so I'm not around a whole helluva lot. I rock-climb, hike and have a good sense of humor.
I am clean and financially responsible, I drink and smoke a lil' weed but in very healthy moderation, kinda boring these days I guess but whatever, I had my day. Sober folks are a plus! Addicts are a No!
Cats are OK!
Hit me up and come take a look!
Room number of roommates: 2
At $1,500, this listing is priced $851 more than the current market rate for a room for rent in Boyle Heights.
