This furnished newly renovated Mother-In-Law Suite is perfect for you if you are looking for short term housing (1 month-12 month), minimum one week. I am open to signing a one year lease as well. The unit is a stand alone building on a double lot shared with my home in College Park. We are walking distance to Princeton Elementary School and Edgewater Drive. It has a full kitchen and bathroom (shower only) and the large bedroom/living room has a Queen bed and a Twin bed. The monthly rent includes utilities, water and internet. I allow pets and there is a small area of the yard for you to enjoy with a small table and chairs. We are five minutes to I-4, The Packing District, Winter Park, Audubon Park and Downtown Orlando. I live on-site with my dog and two teenagers. I have been AirBNBing this unit for a while and I am looking to move to something that is a bit less transient. I look forward to having you!
