Brand new property. Centrally located (around 25th and Yesler) in Seattle and within walking distance to fine-dining restaurants, a micro-brewery and a coffee shop with a cult following. It is also close to dining and entertainment on Capital Hill plus abundant transportation options, including a couple bus stops only steps away. You will have the entire first two floors to your own(1st floor: 2 rooms with en-suite private bathroom, absolutely no sub-lease allowed, roughly 600 sqft; 2nd floor: living room and open kitchen, also roughly 600 sqft). You will NOT share the space with any roommates. But the landlord keeps a room on the third floor for storage. The ideal tenant should be clean an organized, non-smoker (cigarette or cannabis) and comfortable with not wearing shoes indoors. Unfortunately, due to potential damages to the property, pets cannot be accommodated. It is also expected that you don't work from home full-time (this is also firm). The property is fully furnished (a queen bed, a desk, a bookcase and a treadmill on your floor) and fully equipped, including stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. and you can use all of them. You will also have one off-street parking space. The rent of $2300/mo includes everything (all utilities and hi-speed internet). Minimum lease term is 6 months (this is firm unfortunately) and after that it can be renewed. First month's rent, plus a $3000 deposit (fully-refundable less cleaning and repair during move-out, will be transparent and receipt-based) is due upon move-in. Please briefly describe yourself (what you do etc. a LinkedIn profile would be nice) and your situation. A credit and criminal background check is required, conducted through a reputable independent third party. Serious inquiries only please (again, 6-month minimum lease).
