For a 12 month lease I will give 1/2 month off. General Description of the House: Built in 2004, and was delivered to me in 2005. It is a Single Family Home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and two garages. Clarksburg is a brand new city and is recently built by several developers. There are approximately 5 thousand new homes and townhouses. A brand new middle/high school is just a 5 minute walk. (directions are below) Recent Changes: Even though the house was in December of 2004, I recently installed the following: new carpet; new paint all over the house; new vinyl in the kitchen, breakfast, and laundry rooms; brand new wood blinds; new trimming all over the house; and newly installed theft and fire alarm system. Description of the House: Master Bedroom is huge with over 400 sq ft. The Master Bath has a stand shower and Jacuzzi tub. The three other bedrooms are also located on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor also has a 2nd full bath. The pictures are attached for your review. The 1st floor/ ground floor has a family room with a fire place, and a formal dining room, and a separate formal living room both with large windows. As you walk into the entrance the dining area is on the right, and a formal living room is on the left. A few steps ahead is a family room with a fireplace with an open floor plan. The washer and dryer room is located opn the main floor, will be installed brand new when the tenant move in. The Finished Basement. The basement covers the entire portion of the house and is nicely done. There is ample storage space in the basement as well. Basement also has a full bath. The garage is spacious with space for big cars, and has two garage openers with it. Extras that I paid to the Builder: 1. I paid extra to get an extension to the house. The extension gives an additional morning/informal dining area next to the open kitchen lay out. 2. Also, builders charge extra to get more windows. The house has 25 windows with nice wooden matching blinds. The extra windows provide ample sunlight and view of the backyard, but also have an enclosed feeling for privacy because the detached garages protect your family privacy. 3. Fireplace in the family room. 4. Full bathroom in the basement, and ceramic tiles in the half bath and basement bathroom. The upstairs master bath already has the ceramic tiles. Floor Plan: The kitchen is an open floor plan, with an island. Of course, stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher are all installed and only 1.5 years old. It is a contemporary style open floor plan, with oak wood floors that follows to the family room. All the bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Main floor has family room, dining room, living room, breakfast area, kitchen, and laundry room. Security System: Although you may never need this security system, it will provide you peace of mind when you are not at home. The security system is linked to your fire alarms to inform the fire department for emergency. There is wiring for a camera in the back. (subscription is required). Blows and Whistles: The house is located in a walking distance from renowned Clarksburg Elem, Rocky Hill MS, Clarksburg High School. The shopping center, bank, and retail areas are being developed close by. Lease Terms: Lease is flexible. I will require a 2 month deposit, and a one month rent. However, the 2 month deposit is negotiable depending your credit score, employment record, and references. The house worth over $600,000 so I need to be secured. I am seeking financially strong tenants that have capacity to cover the rent. If you cannot pay a 2 month deposit there will be extensive background check. In addition, I just spent $30,000 on the house to give it a nice face lift. I do not think I will ever recover the money from rent but I would rather have nice people taking care of this expensive home. Rental Limitations I will not conduct any transactions with parties located outside U.S. There are too many scams with conducting the deal. It is right off I-270, and minutes from Clarksburg Exit (Exit 18), which is after Middlebrook and before Urbana. The house is located right on Clarksburg Road. 40 minutes from Washington D.C. It is 30 minutes from Tyson Corner, and a block away from the intersection of Rt. 355, commonly known as Rockville Pike.
