This non-smoking house is available now on a nine month lease (because we don't want to be re-renting in December again - we've been renting this house for decades and are not selling). Total of first and last months' rent and refundable deposit equal to one months' rent due at move in or otherwise as agreed. Prior to applying, at least one applicant must have attended an open house (videoconference with a friend on site is ok). We consider applicant groups not exceeding four adult residents. Tenant pays utilities, is responsible for keeping the lawn mowed (mower provided), and must obtain renter's insurance (around $12/month). We rent to all qualified applicants and must conduct a thorough review of a fully completed application before a determination may be made. Either the Lease or Agreement to Enter Into Lease (both of which require a $1000 payment toward the deposit to bind the agreement) within 48 hours after the application is accepted, whichever is sooner. Applicants must be able to start a lease with 15 days of the application date or listed availability date, whichever is later.
