My apartment is up for rent from January to July so next spring semester( but you can easily resign for longer). If you're looking for a really big and nice single bedroom apartment ( perfect place for a couple) hit me up for a walkthrough. It's on 2301 N Broad St two blocks from campus. Only Temple students allowed. Rent is (800) I'd personally stay in it, but in planning to move to Australia. You'd be taking over my lease.
