I'm pretty laid back, professional woman, social and out if the house a lot. I'm not looking for a new best friend but someone I can consider a friend. A hermit is not going to work out, but neither is a person that wants to have large parties. Friends over for dinner is great. Being able to maintain a clean kitchen and shared space is a must. There is no room to add furnishings to the space. The furniture in the bedroom is not able to be removed unless you can store it. It is one of the most beautiful areas of San Francisco. This is a 6 unit building with elevator. It's 2 blocks to Chrissy Field, 1/2 block to the first stop of the 30x, an express bus line to the Financial District. Monthly utilities (Internet $80, electric $25-40, monthly cleaning service $120) is a total about $120/mo per person.
