Easy access to downtown and UW via bus 70 every 10-15 minutes. Voxx Coffee, Eastlake Market, Zoo Tavern, and Pazzo's Pizza are all right outside. Four blocks down the hill there's a small lake park where you can launch kayaks into Lake Union or enjoy the view. Roger's Playground park is a block North and has tennis courts and a baseball field.
Rent includes water, sewage, and trash. Electric runs about $30-$50 per month depending on heat. Refundable damage deposit of $1300 also required. The landlord is very laid back.
