House is clean and well-maintained. One continuous laminate floor spans the living room, dining room and kitchen. The hardwood floor in the hallway and bedrooms was re-finished, but the bedroom pics pre-date this. The re-finished hardwood floor can be seen in the hallway picture and the bedroom floors match the hallway floor appearance. Fenced-in backyard and quiet neighborhood. Full-size basement is clean and dry (painted block walls and poured concrete floor).
PET POLICY: Pet-specific addendum to the rental contract is required. Only pets allowed are those specified in the Pet Addendum. Cats and small to mid-sized dogs are allowed, but no more than 2 overall (as in two cats, or two dogs, or one of each). Additionally, the following breeds (pure or any mix) are prohibited: Akita, Bull Mastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Wolf-Hybrids.
APPLICATIONS: Fee is $15 for each adult, or $25 for a married couple. Each adult must complete their own distinct application.
