Charming house in historic College Hill District 2 blocks from OSU campus. 1 bedroom available with private bathroom en-suite, fully furnished, new appliances in house, washer and dryer in basement, plenty of storage, front and back yard, front and back decks. Quiet household with two other roommates in the house and one in the garage. We are very clean, tidy and responsible. Also includes Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and access to Spotify Premium. Utilities not included and run approximately $100/month. One cat lives onsite and we are unable to accept any other pets at this time.
