Parking on property for one car. (Additional parking may be found on Lookout Street.) Private sunny patio area with garden plantings is reserved for this unit's use only.
Landlord pays water and sewer. All other utilities (electric, gas, etc.) are tenant's responsibility.
*No smoking of any kind on the property. No vaping. No fire pits. Grill use with common sense permitted.
*No pets that aren't service animals. (Sorry, too many bad experiences.)
*No visitors staying longer than two weeks without prior landlord permission.
Required - a credit check, employment verification, personal references and three months of bank statements.
First month and security.
This rental is a month to month option only but long term month to month is desired.
