The living room is large with enough room for a couch, work station and entertainment area. You'll have a nice size eat in kitchen that includes a dishwasher, gas range and plenty of cabinetry for lots of storage. The bedroom is quite large which will fit a king bed, large dress and still have some room to spare. There are also two closets in the bedroom for additional storage space.
This location is amazing! You'll be right in the center of Harvard University, Harvard Square and Porter Square aren't more than a 10-15 minute walk away either. If you want to go out and have some fun; there are great restaurants, bars and lounges all of the area within a short walking distance or drive. There are a lot of MBTA locations as well so you can get wherever you'd need to go. It doesn't get any better than this location for convenience.
This unit only requires first month, last month, and key fee($50), you don't have to put down a security deposit and the landlord pays the broker fee which means you save a lot of money up front. You can't find a better apartment for this price in this area. This unit won't last long so get it before it's gone.
