Fantastic remodeled 3br 2ba apartment directly across the street… from the UNT campus recreation center in Denton, so get more sleep, roll out of bed, and be in class in minutes. Great features include free parking for 3 cars, washer/dryer in unit, full kitchen with lots of cabinetry, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. This is a 3rd floor end unit, so there is no one above making noise, and only 1 neighbor on 1 side, and lots of natural light through the glass balcony doors. Well maintained grounds with a pool downstairs.

I remodeled for my family when they attended UNT and TWU. Heavy duty commercial rubber wood grained plank flooring looks great and cleans easily, much better than carpet. I replaced all cabinetry, counters, sinks, and plumbing fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. I added ceiling fans in the 3 BRs and LR and replaced lighting fixtures in the other rooms. More recently I replaced the AC/heat with a larger/better unit and replaced the water heater and washer/dryer. The double-wide BR closets include lots of built in shelving to reduce the need for furniture. There are two additional large closets in the hallway, and an extra cabinet above the toilet in each bathroom.

Photos with furniture are from a different unit to help see what it looks like with furniture. Photos without furniture are from my unit, which has the great plank flooring continuing into all rooms, including the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and closets.
