Our apartment is on the ground floor with a door to the garage, the one car parking space comes with your rental. Featuring bamboo floors, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, & dishwasher and a beautiful granite countertop. Bathroom is done in travertine and has a generous sized shower. Front door opens onto a small patio with chairs to relax in. Street access is through a locked gate and leads to the patio & front door. Patio is adjacent to area that is used in common with the other tenants of the building for access to laundry facilities in the basement, but generally is semi private. Smoking outside only in patio is allowed.
