Hello, About the place: you'd be sharing a spacious, well-equipped 1206 sq feet 2BR/2Bath condo close to tech companies in Mountain View (e.g. ~2 miles from Google offices), shopping, etc. but in a quiet street (close to El Camino). You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom. You'll share with just one other very clean, quiet, and respectful housemate who works at a tech company nearby. He works at the office (no WFH) and also travels often (around once a month or two). So you might not see him as much. - Spacious living and dining area with wooden flooring - All privileges (fully equipped kitchen, living space, laundry) - Spacious, unfurnished bedroom with closet, carpeting, private bathroom across the bedroom - The two bedrooms are separated by the living and dining space in the middle, giving ample privacy - In-unit washer-dryer - Unassigned off-street parking spot in the condo compound - No pets/drugs/smoking/partying -- single folks only (no couples) - Utilities separate, about ~$150 per month. Note that medium-speed internet and garbage are already covered in rent (no TV cable). - The attached pictures are from the previous owner -- the common areas are empty. - Month-to-month lease with 30-day move-out notice. The expectation is to find someone mellow and quiet, who respects others' privacy and space, is very particular about cleanliness (cleaning after themselves, not leaving unclean dishes after eating, etc.), and is inclined towards calmer and respectful living.
