We do actually like the apartment, but our working hours have changed. Caltrain is not ideal for late night. The rent for my current contract is $1,850/month with a security deposit of $1,000; the contract ends at the end of August, 2012. (The rent will be raised to $1,900/month if you sign a contract with the apartment manager instead of taking over my contract.) We are planning to move out on Oct. 29th, but its flexible. We will clean the apartment thoroughly before the tenants move in.
