It is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood that is within walking distance of downtown. The kitchen is updated with new appliances and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The two bedrooms are large and are the same size and have their own bathroom with tub/shower combo. The kitchen, living and dining spaces are open and airy. The ceilings are high. The unit has a lot of windows and it is light and bright. The flooring in the unit is new and there are no carpets. There are washer and dryer hookups in an enclosed closet and an outdoor patio. Parking is free. STATUS: Vacant SHOWING INSTRUCTIONS: To view the property, you will use the lockbox that is attached to the front door of the property. You may view the property 7 days a week, between 8 am-8 pm. To gain access to the lockbox, you must register & validate your mobile phone number through Tenant Turner. From the listing on our website, just click the Request a Showing button and it will walk you through all the steps in order to access the property. As a part of the registration, there is an ID verification process is required. You will have to upload a picture of your state-issued photo ID.
