Hello! We're Belle (she/hers) and Dani (they/them), looking for a third house mate in Lafayette for August 1st move-in. The townhouse is spacious and clean with great energy. B is a full-time Soccer Trainer and loves to Chef it up for friends and D is a PhD candidate at CU and performance artist. The home space is generally tranquil. We're looking for someone with financial stability and emotional maturity; LGBTQ+ affirming is a must. No pets. $1200 rent, $1200 deposit, monthly utilities $50-70. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: We inhabit a great 3-story townhome very close to Waneka Lake and Greenlee Wildlife Preserve. The neighborhood is Colorado's first "green build" community and because of the wildlife preserve, Lafayette was named Colorado's first bird city! Basically, there are many outdoors lovers in the neighborhood and it's excellent motivation to spontaneously get outside. OUR SITUATION One housemate is in the basement bedroom, the other is in a second-floor bedroom. We're mild users of heating/cooling and keep the gas/electricity bill below $150 split 3 ways. We mostly work outside the home during the day. LBGTQ Friendlies. There's a large kitchen, 3 communal rooms to relax in, and 2 patios (front & back). YOUR SITUATION We are offering the Master Bedroom upstairs and full bathroom to one person- The rent is $1200 plus gas/electricity/wifi monthly.
