Great Grandma - GG's house is only one year old so the antique furniture makes an interesting contrast to the modern surroundings. The kitchen is equiped with everything modern needed to cook for and serve a group from one to sixteen. King size bed in the Master Bedroom, Double/full bed in front bedroom, sofa bed in living room is double/full, foam sofa/bed in office/bedroom is twin size. Also available 2 twin size blow-up mattresses, 2 double/full size mattress toppers one memory foam, one feather. Sheets, blankets, and bath towels provided. All closets and dressers are empty of clothes. No personal items in the house. GG's brand-new house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac a block from Burnt Bridge Creek Trail. This shared-use trail is about 8 miles long and follows an asphalt path that is well maintained with restrooms, parks and play structures along the way. It is a nature area that is quit and passes through a variety of landscapes including open grasslands and heavily wooded areas. Vancouver Lake is eleven miles to the west. Portland Airport is about 20 minutes or eight miles over the I-205 bridge. GG's is about 3 miles from the I-205 Highway and two miles to Vancouver Mall. Peace Health NW Hospital is five minutes up the hill. Vancouver is a great jumping off place to sights in Portland, Seattle, the beach and Mt. Hood. Excellent snow skiing on Mt. Hood about 1 1/2 hours away. There is parking for 3 vehicles possibly four with one inside the attached garage. The HOA CC&R's limit the size of recreational vehicles not to exceed 8,000 lbs. The driveway cannot be used for hitching or unhitching a trailer but the additional cement slab available on the west side of the house can accommodate a trailer. The cement slab for recreational vehicles measures 26 ft 6 in. in length and 9 ft. 2 in. in width. From the back of this cement parking for trailers it is 40 - 45 ft. to the outside electric plug and 30 - 35 ft. to the water faucet
