Unit 5 is a basement unit situated on the Northwest corner of the building and has its own private entrance. There are hardwood floors through out, a walk-in closet, new kitchen appliances as well as an eat-in breakfast nook. This spot would be ideal for someone who doesn't own a car, who works nearby or from home as parking can be challenging. This unit is being offered with a 12 month Lease term and $75 utility fee for water, sewer, and garbage.
