Includes washer and dryer, living room, kitchen with full appliances. walking distance to max and 15 min to Airport. close to mall 205- target, 24hrs fitness, home depot, olive garden, of course food carts . The rent is $900 month with all the utilities included except for electricity. When signing the lease, the first and last month plus the security deposit would be due.
