The Illahee Apartments is a very quiet, Non-Smoking complex. Rents for lower-level two bedroom apartments start at $1,250 per month (unfurnished) and adjust depending on the view and upgrades. We prefer annual leases for our unfurnished units. Water and trash are provided by the landlord. Our apartments are all-electric, including quiet and efficient baseboard heat. Our tenants generally pay $40 to $60 in the warmer months and $60 to $90 for utilities during the colder months- considerably less expensive than utility costs at other apartments in the area. Our unmatched location- "close to everything"- allows our tenants to leave their cars at home while going about their daily routine. We manage only those units in our own portfolio, and will not rent an apartment that we would not live in ourselves. Many tenants have rented the same apartment from us for ten to twenty years.
