Panoramic Views From The Bridge to Tongue Point with Columbia River and Downtown Between - For over 40 years, The Illahee Apartments have been Astoria's premiere apartment complex. Comprising an entire city block conveniently located at the edge of downtown Astoria, we offer Great Views of the mighty Columbia River, from Tongue Point past the Megler Bridge to the Pacific. Designed for modern living and built with quality in mind, our apartments continue to be among the nicest available in Astoria due to our high level of continuous maintenance and timely, thoughtful upgrades. The views of the Columbia River and Downtown shown were taken from our apartments.
Enjoy the best views from The Illahee Apartments in this beautiful top floor two bedroom home.
Located just a few blocks from City Hall, the newly-remodeled Senior Center, the Garden of Surging Waves, Astor Library, Liberty Theater, Astoria's Natural Foods Co-Op, dozens of shops and restaurants, and of course, the Mighty Columbia River and Riverwalk!
In addition to the breathtaking views, incomparable location and well maintained structures, The Illahee Apartments offer spacious units with large living areas, ample closet space, covered parking, guest parking, main-door intercom with buzzer for access to our indoor hallways, private balconies, storage lockers, on-site laundry, and private park. On-site management and full-time maintenance keep the complex quiet and clean.
The Illahee Apartments is a very quiet, Non-Smoking complex. We prefer annual leases. Water and trash are provided by the landlord. Our apartments are all-electric, including quiet and efficient baseboard heat. Our tenants generally pay $40 to $60 in the warmer months and $60 to $90 for utilities during the colder months- considerably less expensive than utility costs at other apartments in the area. Our unmatched location- "close to everything"- allows our tenants to leave their cars at home while going about their daily routine. If a quiet complex, convenient location and attractive grounds are on your Must-Have list, consider making The Illahee Apartments your home!
