Hello! I am looking for someone to move into my room in our two bedroom apartment in Amberson Apartments off of Centre Avenue starting sometime after mid-December. You will share the apartment with two very nice 21-year old Pitt students. Utilities-wise, everything is included except internet and cable, which you will split with the other tenants (about $25 a month). It's an ideal location for CMU and Pitt students- buses run nearby and the location is perfect for walking. You will just need to provide your own bed. Additionally, I will pay $50 of your first rent! Thanks in advance.
