This is a nice apartment, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house is owner-occupied and they have spent the past five years completely upgrading and renovating the entire property and this apartment was completely renovated about three years ago.
This ground-level studio includes a small living area with a daybed, dresser, nightstand, chair, and baker?s rack and a flat screen TV & DVD Player. The completely remodeled vintage kitchen includes all appliances (including coffee pot, toaster, and microwave), a small table, dishes, flatware, and all cooking utensils. The apartment will be available September 1st, possibly sooner. A one-year lease, $35 Application Fee, $450 Security Deposit, and a $50 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. A full background check, credit check, income verification, and rental history record are required. The maximum occupancy for this apartment is one person and no pets are allowed in this apartment. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises (including the yard).
