The lease will end July 31, 2026, If renewing, the lease will then be for one year. Tenant pays utilities. This is an all electric house, superinsulated, so no gas bills. Lawn care is provided by the HOA. HOA fees are paid by the owner, not the tenant. Pets are considered on an individual basis and must be spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccinations including rabies, licensed by the City of Salina. Certain breeds are prohibited by insurance. Any dog must be housebroken. All litter boxes must be changed daily. There is an additional pet deposit of $840 in addition to the regular deposit of $1,695. Only the pet(s) listed on the lease are permitted. If a pet passes away, permission from the property manager must be given before another pet is allowed. This townhome was completely redone within the past year. Any tenant selected must maintain the property in excellent condition.
