Moving to Portland and looking for furnished housing while shopping for a home, or you are only here temporally? If so you have found the perfect home. We aim to provide temporary housing located in the heart of the central east side of Portland. This unique Portland style duplex is available for furnished month-to month-rent. This house consists of the main level plus the basement. On the main level we have two bedrooms, one full bathroom, large living room, dining room and kitchen. The front porch is covered and gated and the kitchen opens up to a large deck with a fenced back yard. In the basement we have another full bathroom and an office, family room and third bedroom with an egress window. There is a driveway that can fit two cars back to back. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a full size mattress. There is on site laundry in the basement that is shared with the upstairs tenants. Two of the three couches have the ability to be turned into beds as well as we have pack and play for the little ones. This close in location is just a block northwest of 20th and Burnside. 15 minutes walk to Downtown. There is a Whole Foods just 8 blocks away with shopping and bars/restaurants all within walking distance as well. Musts in the neighborhood are Laurelhurst Theater, Screen Door, Navarre, Bamboo Sushi, Ken's Artisan Pizza and Heart Roasters. The school district includes the following schools Buckman elementary, Da Vinci middle school and Benson high school. Monthly rent $3595.00. Utilities and cable/wifi are included. Security deposit will vary upon number of occupants. Pets will be considered with a security deposit.
