Shared home where you will have 2 of 4 bedrooms, a huge bonus room (living room) and a mostly private bathroom. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a separate shower/toilet area plus a big storage closet. You will basically have the upstairs of this 2500 sf home with the exception of a spare bedroom the owner keeps for a guest room. One bedroom has a Queen bed with a walk-in closet. The other has a full bed with a large wall closet. Kitchen and laundry are shared. There is also a fridge in the garage where you can keep your items if there is no room in the kitchen fridge. Parking is on the street.
This is in Puyallup. It is about 20 minutes to Good Samaritan, 30 minutes to St. Clare, and 30-40 minutes to Tacoma General. 25-30 minutes to base depending on the gate. Times may be longer or shorter depending on traffic. Rent is $925.00 for 1 person including utilities, 1 cable connection, and wifi.
